I think we were a little unlucky in our selection of room as Unit 2 (Double Studio) was particulary noisy - we didn't get any sleep due to the traffic noise but that's to be expected on a busy motorway! Situated right on the railway line, we also had a train hammering through at 10pm! The rooms were retro but clean and tidy, porta-cot available and the kitchenette was stocked. Playground was pretty tired but it was all okay for a night passing through. For the same price you'd probably get a decent hotel rooom.

Lovely Lady to deal with, Our room was fantastic, We got to borrow the porta cot and highchair which was awsome, Room was fully stocked and fresh towels/soap ect daily. Nice warm, clean and cosy rooms for My partner and i plus our 3 children 4yr,2yr, & 1yr. We will definetly go back. Very Impressed!!

Perfect place to crash after a 40th party! Clean and comfortable and REAL milk!! - all we needed was a bed and a shower! Affordable option when compared to the alternative - a taxi back home to Otaki! Great value - we will definitely stay here again.
