Lovely clean modern room, great view over the square especially at night. Pay parking at the rear of the building had no direct access to the hotel so had to walk back around the street to get into the hotel but no big drama. Will definitely stay again but will get more sugar from reception first as not enough in the room... :).

We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the interconnecting rooms and our friends did think it was unfair that their room was the same price as ours when we had the bigger room. However we would stay there again.Some coffee for the plunger would be nice though!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, very friedly staff shame about the extra cost for parking, shame about the extra cost for internet connection ! but I quess would still stay there again... maybe.

Cold Room! only 2 small heaters to warm apartment. No electric blankets and no spare blankets Wife was not happy! won't be staying there again

Hi Laurence, Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure if you realized that we have heat pumps in all our apartments rather then 2 small heaters. Also we have double checked the apartment you stayed in on Wednesday and Thursday night(i.e. on 25th and 26th Aug) and the bed is definitely made with an electric blanket with a spare blanket in the drawer under luggage rack. Hope you are not getting confused with any other property you stayed in during that week. We take all feedback's seriously and being 4.5 star Qualmarked property we keep our standards high and provide value for money to our customers.

Great Stay - very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Palmerston North. Our daughter slept soundly on a roll-a-way in the lounge while we were able to watch the rugby on the widescreen TV in the bedroom.

Great location and one of the best in Palmy being fairly new, lovely decor. Definitely have us as a regular visitor. few things to note; if you are planning to use the kitchenettes ask for extra cutlery and dinnerware as it was a little tight on this. One teaspoon! Also some people may be caught out on zero free car-parking or $10 per day, and no servicing on apartments in weekends.
