Good service and the spa in the room suite was very convenient. Exceptionally clean and tidy.close enough to town to walk. My only negative comment would be on the queen bed in the main room. It was not the best quality and uncomfortable to sleep on. .

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that the suite was clean and tidy. We are aware that the bed quality is not as good as it could be and we are looking to improve this over the next few months with toppers to make the beds more comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved the hard bed - i am a fan of hard beds. Nice and quiet and a good central location. Loved the sauna and the room was nice and tidy. Excellent customer service and would recommend it as a place to stay. Sally holbrook oct 21 2012.

We stayed in the spa in the room suite which was one of the newer suites. Pleasant owners who were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Great central location near shops etc. 4 issues to consider. Appalling insulation in the walls (our bedroom backed onto another room and we were kept up until 2am due to noises of others). Pillows had no pillow protectors, no spare blankets in cupboards (and was a cold night) only heating is a radiator, bed was awful (hard as a rock) but this may be personal complaints hence why still an uptick. .

Positively fantastic, excellent customer service, the room was awesome, clean and quiet. We would recommend Bentlys as a great place to stay.
