Welcome to Rose City Motel. We were built with these qualities in mind. Add to that we are 4 star accommodation conveniently located just a 3 minute walk from the cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of Palmerston North, and a short bus ride away from Massey University.
From family apartments to studio units with access facilities, all of our suites are fully self contained, with full kitchens, Sky digital television, and double or single spa baths and/or showers.
Our on-site facilities include: a DVD movie library, guest laundry, squash court, spa pool, gardens and a grassed BBQ and play-area with a trampoline.

Highly recommend. Exceptionally quiet considering the motel is on a main thoroughfare and appeared to be quite full, judging by the number of 'in-house' cars. Clean, handy to town and friendly hosts. .
