A quiet, new, attractively furnished apartment with one double bedroom, living area [with audio and Sky TV], kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. The balcony overlooks a tree lined garden, vineyards and the hills beyond. The apartment is separate from the main house.
Located 5 minutes by car from Blenheim's CBD [with many excellent restaurants and cafes]. All major Marlborough wineries are easily reached in under 15 minutes by car. The perfect place to stay for the traveller who wishes to spend some time exploring the Marlborough Sounds, Havelock or simply tasting a few of the area's great wines. Several excellent golf courses are close by. Blenheim Airport and the Railway Station are about 6 minutes away.
Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities, borrow mountain bikes or use the free internet. Cooking facilities allow guests flexibility and initial breakfast provisions are provided.
