I enjoyed the stay but also had a room with no airconditioning. This should be mentioned at the time of the booking to prevent confusion. Apart from that we would stay again but only in a room with A/C.

I enjoyed Blenheim and touring the vineyards. I paid the same amount for a room as my friend. I had room 107 which had no air conditioning and noisy on the street. My friend had 113 which was remodeled light and airy. Room 107 had two fans and a bathroom that needed major upgrade. I was told to have airconditioning that I would need to pay extra 40NZ per night.

Thank you for your comments. We are in the process if upgrading all our Deluxe Studios - which are sold at one price. It was a very busy time and we were not able to shift guests to another Deluxe Studio room at this time, meaning that any change of room would have been and upgrade to a larger room resuting in an additional cost. We apologise that you were not entirely satsified with your stay and advise that if you are able to stay with us again in the future, please contact us regarding this feedback and we would be delighted to provide you with a voucher to enjoy a meal in our Quench Restaurant. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, it was more than we expected,with two televisions,very modern decor. Lovely 2 person spa bath and seperate shower. The free port was a lovely touch. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom area. There was a king size bed, and plenty of large fluffy towels. A really fabulous place for a weekend getaway. Was good value.

Very happy with the apartment, which was very large, fully self-contained with lounge area and spa bath. Enjoyed the restaurant for a drink and snack. The Reception staff were very helpful in organising day trips.

Sky only had 3 channels so could not watch tennis though they advertise Sky which to me is slightly misleading.
