Bannisters, is a brand new Picton boutique self-contained studio apartment, unique and stylish in its design, settled in a half acre of semi native garden and surrounded by mature trees.
The luxurious large ensuite bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine floor via a beautiful handmade walnut curved staircase.
The luxurious living continues on the ground floor with its fully fitted bespoke shaker style kitchen. The cosy living area has, a flat screen TV, DVD player, compact stereo for ipod and iphones and free Wi-Fi.
A five metre high picturesque window looks down the garden with large Bi-fold doors opening on to the deck. Enjoy your glass of local Marlborough wine while surveying the surrounding garden and admiring the wonderful native bird life.
Welcome breakfast basket on arrival. Stay 2+ nights and receive a complimentry bottle of Cloudy Bay sauvignon blanc.
