The Moorings On Marlborough Apartments Picton is easily accessible in the Picton City neighbourhood, at 25 Waikawa Road, Picton, Picton, New Zealand, and is an ideal launch pad for sampling the sights of Picton or doing business, sure to be a highlight of your trip to New Zealand.
Perfectly Situated next to Picton Marina, enabling guests to be within meters of catching a boat ready to explore, kayak, dive, fish or just enjoy cruising the Queen Charlotte Sounds. All the Apartments are beautifully appointed and are fully self contained.

The moorings is a series of apartments directly built onto the Yacht Club Hotel in Picton, facing the Harbour and a big car park (which you do not really notice as yo are up a level). Extremely reasonable and very clean, and very close to water and park. Very quiet at night, has great TV, Sky, heeat pump/ac and great Kitchen/Washing facilities, as well as 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). Bedrooms are downstairs, huge kitchen/lounge upstairs: fantastic views and very comfortable. We saw number 6 (queen, King (splittable) and sofa bed, and number 5 (twin, King, and sofa bed), and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommodation. You can use the pool at the hotel (ca 20 m away) and eat in their restaurant. We had a small problem re bed configurations and it was solved within 5 mins. The hotel reception will give ou the key etc and contact the apartment managers for you if you need them, and seems to service the apartments, but it is not the same place.
