SOUNDS VISTA B&B has 2 well appointed luxury bedrooms-both with Queen beds & spacious ensuite bathrooms with amazing heated tile floor-feeling is believing-both with fabulous sea views.Tea/Coffee making facilities and free WI-FI. Satellite TV,DVD player,Iron,Fan,Heater,Torch,Fridge,Wardrobes are all available in each room. Also available is our Family Room. This room has a double and 2 single beds plus large 42" TV with sky,tea/coffee making facilities,a couch. Ideal for a family of 4. Has private bathroom with shub shower.Hairdryer available.Children are always welcome.We have 2 sheep,Charlie & Missy,who are always keen to meet our guests.
Enjoy our delicious continental breakfast of croissants,jams,cereals,toast,fruit, orange juice,brewed coffee or choice of teas.We also cater for gluten free. Also on offer is free pick up and drop off to the Town center,Ferry terminal,Train station.
We have safe off-street parking and can store luggage if you are walking the Queen Charlotte track.
If rest & relaxtion is whats required, we have a deck where you can simply take in the views of the Sounds or read your book.
We are keen to travel ourselves and would love to hear all about your country/town from someone who knows it best.
If a Wine tour is on your list of things to do,we can book this for you or perhaps a water taxi ride out into the Sounds - a must do- we can arrange this as well.

We were treated more like family members than customers. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend Vista B&B toa anyone !! Give them a try !

I was looking for a spot to relax for a couple days and not have to share a room at a hostel. This place had great ratings and I'm glad I checked in here. The couple who owns the b&b are really nice and approachable. They provided me with a ride to and from the ferry terminal (a quick walk otherwise) and recommended some local hiking. The breakfast was filling and delicious with the hosts willing to accommodate special requests which was really awesome. The wifi was some of the fastest I've had in NZ! I would absolutely stay there again!

A very warm welcome. Fantastic bathrooms and very clean and spacious rooms, not to mention the view. Good breakfast. A home newly refurbed to the highest standards. We couldn't have asked for more.

After slight difficulty finding the house, we had a very comfortable, relaxing three nights at Sounds Vista. Thoroughly recommend it. Excellent service and facilities.

Beautiful home. Pride of ownership and care for each individual guest. No trouble to pick us up from the train and run us to the Ferry. Transport was offered to anywhere in town, but we thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque walk. Lovely patio and bay windows to enjoy the spectacular views over the harbor. Bed - so comfortable. Everything spotless and modern, with plenty of well thought out amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast. Nikki and Brent are just the best hosts. Wish we could return often.

A very nice house with nice people who were very welcoming. Very well situated for boat trips out of Picton. We were fortunate that they were having a barbicue on the evening of our stay to which we were invited. Very happy to recommend this property.
