Chalets @ Terraced Gardens offer a quiet, peaceful rural garden setting. Each self contained chalet is set high on the hill with stunning, panoramic views of the mountains and Tasman Bay, yet 10 minutes from Abel Tasman national Park and Kaiteriteri Beach and Motueka. Sit and relax on your own deck, gaze across the valley to the lush mountains and enjoy all the wonders that nature has to offer.

The north facing chalets are designed to be cosy by night being fully insulated with double glazing, thermal backed curtains and electric blankets. By day opening the windows will catch fresh breezes and the ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze.

Each chalet contains: Free WiFi, heatpump, a Queen-sized bed with electric blanket, ensuite, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, electric frying pan, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster, Digital, Freeview, 32 inch LCD TV for perfect reception, double sofa bed which could accommodate two extra persons or suit twin occupancy, table and chairs, ceiling fan. All linen, crockery and utensils and essentials supplied. Laundry facilities availabler. An adjacent BBQ area with gas BBQ and large BBQ table is for the exclusive use of all guests. One chalet has a ramp for access and facilities suitable for disabled use.

The Riwaka Hotel is only 1.5 klm away for meals, one klm to convenience store at Caltex Riwaka or 8 km to Kaiteriteri Beach for restaurants, cafe's and takeaway. This beach is also one of the most popular in the South Island for its safe, sheltered swimming, golden sand and as the start of a sea kayaking or water taxi trip along the coast of the ABEL TASMAN NATIONAL PARK which can include some of the GREAT NZ COASTAL WALKS. Ten minutes drive also takes you to Motueka for restaurants, supermarkets etc. One hours drive to Golden Bay, or take a day trip to Farewell Spit, and Pupu Springs.
