Where else would one get eggs for breakfast straight from the hens on the property. Great back yard to relax beside pool with surrounding bush. Enjoyed our stay.

We were pleasantly received at Waters Edge! Alistar is a natural with making you feel at home within the first few minutes of arriving. He rightly suggested the Cape Reinga bus tour as the way to get the most out of the 90 Mile Beach! Alistar sent us off with full tummies after making us a complete breakfast of granola, yogurt, fruit, eggs, ham and toast. wonderful!

If you want a completely clean, well-decorated and comfortable place to stay, look no further. Alistair, bernice and their two lovely children are very good hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. To alistair: thanks for the excellent breakfast and all the advice !! we'll definitely visit you again !!.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at waters edge, very comfortable and roomy. Alistair ensured we got the best from the area with his recommendations, as well as providing an excellent breakfast. Children very well behaved, did not know they were there most of the time. Good value and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Alistair and his wife Bernice are new owners of the Water's Edge. They present a very comfortable B&B with excellent amenities. They were most welcoming and determined to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden (didn't even realise they were there - very quiet). Very good value for money.
