Facilities include 1 x Queen Bedroom with flat screen Freeview TV and 1 x Twin Bedroom (King Single Beds. Ideal for four people travelling together. Guest lounge with SKY TV, DVD and CD Player, tea and coffee making facilities. Free Wireless Internet access. Private guest bathroom with shower and bath, separate guest toilet. Continental and cooked breakfast included. Single level home with easy access and ample parking for boats caravans etc.
Just a few minutes drive from Mangawhai Village and the popular Bennetts Chocolaterie and all local attractions, including Mangawhai Tavern, Museum, Golf, Bowls & Tennis Clubs, beaches, restaurants, galleries and shopping. We are 110 kms north of Auckland Harbour Bridge and 150 kms south of Paihia, so an ideal halfway stopover point when travelling to the Bay of Islands.
Relax on the huge patio area and enjoy the view or wander around the garden after a busy day exploring the many attractions.

Not usually B&B people we booked The Palms as we were attending a concert in the area. The owners were lovely and offer such good service. Quality nibbles and drinks on arrival and a lovely breakfast with home made preserves. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Private

All we can say is 5 star +++++. Lyn and tony are so nice. Hospitality was outstanding. Home made goodies superb!!. Bed very comfortable and watching the waikato magic beat the vixons on tv topped it off.lovely pinot noir tony, thankyou! regards paul and nicky, hamilton, nz.

Highly recommend staying at The Palms, Tony and Lynn you are amazing making us feel right at home, actually we felt more like family (the family you like). Loads of ideas where to travel round New Zealand, not to mention the magnificent view absolutely breath taking.
