Welcome to the Bay Adventurer, the newest quality multi function Resort in the Bay of Islands which opened in December 2001. Paihia's ONLY resort, hostel and apartments in one complex.
Located in Paihia, the heart of the Bay of Islands, Northland, New Zealand.
We are more than just accommodation - with our extensive range of facilities we are a true Resort. We specialize in providing:

We all really enjoyed our stay. It was well worth the money we paid, 2 adults 1 child $90. Everything was lovely and clean and the staff were really friendly / helpful. It sucks! Not recommended...don't be disappointed. Was not able to deliver the service that they offer, such as spa not working, receptionist not that accommodating, appliances out-dated (tv&vhs player (who uses vhs these days?). Fridge door not closing, master bedroom only bed in it - no side tables! Definitely not worth the money we paid for!

very sorry that this guest did not feel that $147 for 5 people in a massive 2 bedroom apartment (all linen and in this case 14 towels, tea, coffee, milk provided)was not value for money, especially as we provide free bikes, kayak, tennis, BBQs and a pool and jacuzzi- which was not turned on- they just have to ask at reception and we would have switched it on- which we had not done as it was pouring with rain. The apartment was left in a very messy state with dishes left unwashed- despite there being a dishwasher with powder supplied; I have checked the fridge and the door closes fine. We have a VHS as we have an extensive video library-free to use. The ceramic hob, built in oven, extractor hood, etc are all relatively new, as is the full tiled bathroom. I continue to feel this is very, very good value for money and would point readers to the other comments.
