The Sea Spray Suites Paihia opened officially in March 2007.
Situated at Te Ti Beach, next to the SHELL SERVICE STATION, mid-way between Paihia?s charming township and historic Waitangi, is the very heart of the Bay of Islands and home to Sea Spray Suites Paihia.
30 tastefully appointed 1 & 2 bedroom suites, provide all the space and luxury one would expect.
Each suite has the following facilities as standard:
High quality furnishings throughout
Air conditioning, television, Sky TV
Fully equipped kitchenette with stainless steel appliances including convectional oven, dishwasher & microwave
Either a balcony or patio area
Our Premium suites enjoy stunning 180 degree views of Te Ti Bay beach and the local islands from the main living area and balcony.
The Sea Spray Suites are ideally situated to allow complete freedom in subtropical Northland. Stroll to the many local restaurants, cafes, bars and the ferry terminal, the hub of Northland and gateway to a spectacular array of cruises and adventures throughout the sensationally beautiful, historic Bay of Islands.
Or, simply relax on the glorious white sand beach, directly opposite Sea Spray Suites, for some serious fun and relaxation.

For the comfort of all our guests, all suites are designated non-smoking.
PARKING: Each suite has, with our compliments one car park. Additional car parking is subject to availability.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and tidy with a box of fudge on arrival was a nice touch too. Would recommend.

Lovely place to stay, very spacious deluxe room.. A SHAME there was blonde hair found in the bathroom.. I'm a brunette so not from me.. And wasn't impressed by the nice looking fancy oven, that had NO instruction manual, and hard to understand picture settings for baking and fan grilling.. Too much electriconic stuff.. a manual would have helped.. Or an oven with normal knobs and dials.. Apart from that.. a lovely place to stay.. I Will be Back, just won't attempt to use the oven..

Hi Jo, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the blonde hair. Instructions for oven should be in bottom drawer under placemats - I know not easy to find and agree they do look complicated. Hopefully you will be back and I would be happy to explain the oven/microwave. I will have all rooms checked for instructions in the future. Regards Shirley

Really enjoyed our stay there. I had everything we needed and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.Loved the deck outside in afternoon. Very handy to takeaways and shop for supplies. Would definitely stay there again.
