Welcome to The Waterfront Suites, Bay of Islands - an oasis of tranquillity for your Paihia holiday.
These all-suite luxury Paihia apartments are located only steps away from Paihia's restaurants and wharf, ideally situated to take advantage of all that the glorious Bay of Islands and Northland region has to offer.
Many of the suites offer ocean views, the two bedroom premium suites & penthouses offer sweeping views from their spacious private balconies. All suites feature a relaxed contemporary design for indoor and outdoor entertainment and relaxation, perfect Paihia accommodation for both couples and families.
The Waterfront Suites are now managing Paihia Sails. Paihia Sails is located next door to the Waterfront Suites and offer 3 Bedroom Premium Suites. All check-ins for these Suites must check in at The Waterfront Suites Reception. Please click on Suites for more information.

We had a great stay on saturday the 19th of january. Reception staff on saturday and sunday were both fantastic. We loved the space and facilities in the apartment. Had a 2 bedroom unit which was very nice but a lift that does not work or is not for customers bad news and the views are not good from this side of the building. For this price i expect better and service below expectations will not be back.

Had a fantastic honeymoon in paihia, and the waterfront suites were perfect, so secure, close to all shops and will return again. Only down fall is that the pool was a bit cool, and the driveway was very steep to drive down into carpark, and blind coming out, maybe a mirror would help? but took it very slow. .

We ended up staying at the apartment an extra day, we arrived a day early, the lady that looked after us was very accomodating and gave us exceptional service during our stay. The apartment was fantastic, great layout, great view, everything we could of wanted, the family and I loved our stay and will definately be returning. My only suggestion would be to have the pool heated as this would of been great during winter.
