Helpful, friendly staff and service, accomodation was good although room decor could do with some upgrading. Bathroom was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the shops and activities. Basic, clean hotel room in great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful and pool and spa were lovely. A bit too noisy though with coaches and their passengers starting up at 6am every morning right outside rooms and very noisy plumbing. Didn't really make a for a very relaxing/ rejuvinating holiday. Would probably pay a bit more to stay somewhere a bit quieter next time.

Had a good stay 2-5 January 2010. Room was basic but clean and adequate for the price we paid. A bit noisy - we were on the first floor, and car parking was outside our room. Noise from people walking past our room and car noise. Internet access is inadequate. No wireless access and one computer available for guest use. Easy walk to the beach. enjoyed use of spa pool. hotel often has coach tours - not the most peaceful place to stay.

I feel we got what we paid for here, I got a cheap deal for a studio room on the internet. It was very basic and could do with some modernising. The shower wasn't very good. It seemed to attract some coaches/coach guests and as they gathered in the morning to board their coaches talking at the top of their voices, shouting to each other and waking us up. This was at around 7.00am, not what you want on holiday. Perhaps the hotel should ask them to gather away from the bedroom blocks. There is also a church next door so we also got woken with singing. For us this is not somewhere we would stay again but if you're on a tight budget and don't mind basic accomodation then it's ok. Location is handy with easy walk to services. We didn't have a problem with room servicing during our stay.
