Jill,thankyou for those kind words.We were very sorry not to be able to extend your stay as you requested but this was the Paihia Country and Rock Music Festival weekend which is held each year and we were full.If you want to book for next years music festival please book soon as rebooks from the Festival weekend's guests for next year are being received already.We hope to see you back again.Graham and Belinda.Bayview Motel

We must have received the worst room there, judging by other people's comments. We were staying in the three-bedroom apartment. Old, musty, 70s decor, no view. An unpleasant stay.

This apartment is presented as a non-waterfront unit obviously without seaview.If this is what was required a seaview unit should have been booked.Had you brought your disatisfaction to our attention we would moved you to top floor accommodation with or without a seaview at the same cost.For future reference Bayview Motel is undergoing refurbishment which will be complete by mid May 2013.

A very nice motel; clean and spacious. The facilities are great and had no problems using them. Very clean bathroom and beds. The only inconvenience is the parking, quite tight and at times had to park off road.

Great place to stay ,large clean rooms with helpful staff, I would suggest to anyone looking for a nice place on the waterfront & close to shops to stay there & have already done so to friends & family.
