All units have a bush setting and their own balconies overlooking the bay with access to the coastal walkways and an abundance of native bird life.
Prepare to be spoilt with your hosts Kevin & Jan Smith, who offer a quiet retreat with friendly hospitality and information & booking office.

Stayed there last week for 1 night, although arrived late afternoon & had a function to go to , it was a lovely place to stay, clean & had everything we needed, thanks

Extremely nice people, and very comfortable bed, quiet situation. I will certainly recommend it, and go there again if I need a spot in Paihia. Lovely views, but the peace, privacy, and personalities are the nicest aspects.

Wonderfully warm welcome from charming owner Jan, including a generous supply of milk - and biscuits A prior change of booking by 'phone was no problem and resulted in our occupying a lovely little two bedroom unit with all mod cons and a fabulous view. I would highly recommend.

Much injoyed, was business trip, very relaxing and peaceful and as for the view, it is `O`for Awesome,hahaha. a definite place to stay.

Fabulous views, lovely hosts and very private, inside the unit was dated but clean, tidy and adequately equipped. Would definately stay here again.
