Situated at Tarras, close to Cromwell, Wanaka, Alexandra and the famed Otago Rail Trail our strawbale cottage is surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooks our olive grove and local farmland. Warbirds Over Wanaka accommodation available. Excellent accommodation for cyclists or motorists traveling to or from the Lindis Pass, or for those wanting a quiet base for exploring Centra Otago. It offers privacy in two adjoining, self contained units both with en-suites. Ideal for singles, couples, families or friends. Fantastic breakfasts, other food available.

Perfect, not just for travelling cyclist like us. Great, quiet location and large modern units that make you feel "home" right away. Plus fresh produce from the garden and lovely hosts. Can't be any better!

Everything at Ardgour Strawbale B&B was excellent, from the service of the hosts, its location, and the accomodations themselves. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

Lovely and warm, very comfortable and felt very much at home. Offered us the use of the other unit so our children could run around which I thought was a nice gesture. Lovely hosts and overall we would definitely stay there again.

We were travelling as 2 couples and found this place to be perfect for our 2 night stay. The near-new strawbale cottage has a unique and welcoming feel and looks out on a fascinating landscape. It is also a very peaceful place and Irene looked after our every need ( and more ).

A very nice place with good service! Perfect spot, good facilities: bed, shower etc. Good food (little shop, fresh products from the land) en good breakfast. Very kind and helpfull people. Our best stay in 7 weeks New Zealand!!!
