We had a most enjoyable 2 night stay in a very comfortable unit overlooking the golf course. Our hosts were most friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Very nice unit, handy to mall and quiet as well. We stayed two nights as part of a great deal including breakfast ,and would recommend this motel to all people staying in cromwell. Hosts more than helpful, and friendly as well.

Unfotunately we had to ask the moteliers for another room as the room we were put into(room 11) had a horrible and very offensive smell. We noticed this on entering the room but thought it may abate after being sprayed with air freshener ,which we did and went out for dinner.upon our return the smell was still overpowering so it was brought to the attention of the moteliers. We were shown to the next room(12) but the smell was just as bad in that room so we were then given room 10.That room was just satisfactory but the smell was still there when we got up in the morning but nowhere as bad as the other two rooms, I have to say that the hosts seemed like nice people who responded quickly and cheerfully to our complaints, However for a tourist destination the exant smell made the first two rooms well below the expected standard.Altogether the experience would not encourage us to use this facility again or reccomend it to anyone else

Our sincere apologies for your experience which is certainly not up to the standard we set ourselves. As you have stated we had no hesitation in moving you when you alerted us to the problem. We dealt with cooking odours after a group booking and used a commercial deodorising product to overcome this. Unfortunately that product has a smell which lingered much longer than we would have expected. We will certainly look for another solution/product if this problem occurs again.

A clean, warm and comfortable room. Our only suggestion would be; a hook on the bathroom door for clothing, or a small stool!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and in a quiet position but very handy to the Mall. Warm, friendly hosts. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Feast in the Mall. Would recommend and will stay again.

Fantastic and very welcoming motel-right down to the plate of welcome muffins when we checked in. very spacious rooms. free swimming passes to local pool were very good thought and well received. very tidy complex and will most certainly use this motel again. breakfasts very good size and property is situated in central town ship but still quiet from traffic
