Very disappointing stay, no where to smoke except by going down two floors and going outside to either the car park or out onto the street, dishwasher full of dirty dishes and sticky/unwashed floor in the kitchen. Would never recommend to anyone

Hello Peter. Thank you for your feedback following your stay with us here at Quest Dunedin, we believe it most important to receive feedback whether positive or negative. We are extremely disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations & can only apologise unreservedly that your apartment was left in an unsatisfactory condition for your check-in. Please rest assured that this is, without question, the exception rather than the rule and the matter, along with your comments regarding it, has been addressed with our house-keeping staff. We would however like to make comment that we are an unashamedly smoke-free building and business. We both very much choose to operate such a policy and the vast majority of our guest's, both smokers & non-smokers support this.
