A modern, boutique one bedroom studio apartment. Located in a unique double brick 1890's building, opposite the Port Chalmers Town Hall. It was originally built as a bootmakers. From the front north facing windows the activity of cranes, container and cruise ships can be viewed. The apartment is fully self contained to accommodate one to two people overnight or for long stays. The bedroom with ensuite opens onto a private sunny courtyard and garden with views into the hills and Iona church with its clock. Cafes, pubs, supermarket, chemist, library and specialty shops are all within strolling distance. The Historic Careys Bay Hotel is a 10 minute walk with The Orokonui Ecosanctuary a 10 minute drive and Aramoana beach or Dunedin a 15 minute drive.
