Disgusting place. Dirty, smelly, noisy room. Rubbish under bed, blood stains on sheets. Walked out without staying one night and slept in car instead. Dont stay here if you want to avoid catching something.

Friendly staff, clean bed, kitchen looked a bit disastrous but I wasn't using it so it didn't affect me. Really nice, welcoming common room too. Would stay again (if I didn't need to use the kitchen)

Our room had no external wall and the only light was from a plastic sheet about a metre square in the ceiling which leaked on to the bed; no ventilation whatsoever.The pipes for the shower adjacent ran through our room and whenever anyone showered it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Especially disturbing when some guests decided to use the shower at 12.50AM and again at 1.40AM. In between that a band struck up for 30 minutes 'practice'! A fan was provided but was insufficient for pupose and the room was very hot. A real annoyance was that there was not one single shelf, cupboard, rack and even coat hook which meant we struggled with clothes in cases when the room was only just big enough for the beds. Forget getting anything dry, there was nowhere to hang anything! Unfortunately we had to tolerate this for 3 nights having nowhere else to go. Staff were friendly but I would never stay there again and I've been to quite a few backpackers and am easily pleased. This is the worst yet!

Great location, had a very nice double room. Friendly staff, free Internet was a nice touch too. Only criticism - a little noisy.

For a Backpacker's hostel it was fine although there was a leak in the basin/tap so the floor of the toilet was continually wet. Kitchen, bedroom, communal rooms all good.

This was not a leak, but is a high pressure tap and people turn on to fast it can force water over the side of the basin onto the floor. We have now a sign stating, "High Pressure"
