Friendly warm and comfortable Bed and Breakfast guest house accommodation. Beautifully decorated Edwardian House with superb ambience and delicious continental breakfast including home baked bread and muffins. Ensuite bathrooms, LCD TV, Telephone and central heating. Some of the rooms have a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave, suitable for those longer stays.
Great location on main street close to University, botanic gardens, Otago Museum, new Forsyth Barr Stadium and city centre. No Hills to climb. Free internet and wireless connection.

A lovely place with carefully maintained retro ambience and great hospitality. We stayed for one night on our way to Queenstown. Easy to find, very close to the town-centre (the Octagon is a 15-min walk away). Loved the art-de-la-table at the breakfast room! Yes excellent accomodation, very friendly and informative hostess who made us feel most welcome. Breakfast in the morning good until dinner that evening! Would return and recommend wholeheartedly.

Lovely place, lovely owner, Nice room and great price. Even though i am an ex Otago Student its rather noisy with Students walking past hammered singing Exponents songs many times during the night - and that was Thursday night also
