Sorry, but this was a massive dissapointment. we found it incredibly noisy, only gravity forced the water out of the shower and the bathroom itself was very basic. We were worried upon arrival when we asked for a handy restaurant and the frontperson didn't even recomend your own. Maybe we picked a very busy time and were unlucky but an honest assessment would not see us returning.

It was a fair deal ,had to ask for enough towels for 2 people .Fed up that they could not help with our Flybuys saying that we must claim from travelbug .Thats surely is not right as they still make a sale and travelbug does not ask for a flybuys number .

Good clean and quiet place to stay. up to date hotel rooms but was not realy suitable to take wee kids there as there were no kitchen facilities in the room eg microwave

Was there for the Irish Italy test and can't complain about the accommodation, great location within walking distance of local pubs and the octagon. Thought it was priced accordingly for the standard of room.

Yes a excellent wel priced accomodation in heart of Dunedin. Staff very friendly and accomodating to me and my sons. Very quiet sleep even though we were here to see Irish Rugby game so that was very good. Would recommend highly.

Clean comfortable room which seems to have been recently refurbished. Easy walking distance to most areas (octagon, shops, stadium, museum and botanical gardens etc) and not too expensive, so perfect for a short stay in Dunedin.
