  • Good sized room with all amenities, although it was close to street noise and there was plenty on a saturday night! food rather pricey but accommodation comfortable and convenient. 5

  • As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 school-aged kids), like many others have said, it's a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again when next in dunedin. 5

  • Clean, comfortable room. Good service and friendly staff. Great cooked and buffet breakfast options. No extra charge for kids which is unique and excellent for families on a budget - everywhere else we looked at in dunedin charged at least $25 extra per night per child. Highly recommended. 5

  • Very nice rooms and comfy beds. Great to find rooms with one double and two singles and no extra charge for kids, which is excellent for families on a budget. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cooked breakfast. Room was a bit hot with the door to the balcony closed, and lots of traffic noise if you opened the door. 5

  • Very disappointed. The room was unbearably hot when we arrived and all through the night. There was no air con and we were only supplied a small fan. Our family hardly slept because of the heat - the loud road noise didn't help much either. The room was clean apart from (what looked like) a blood stain on one of the sheets - yuck! for $195 a room, this place was a huge disappointment and we left feeling tired and frustrated. 1
