Very disappointed. The room was unbearably hot when we arrived and all through the night. There was no air con and we were only supplied a small fan. Our family hardly slept because of the heat - the loud road noise didn't help much either. The room was clean apart from (what looked like) a blood stain on one of the sheets - yuck! for $195 a room, this place was a huge disappointment and we left feeling tired and frustrated.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for me and my wife staying at mercure dunedin leisure lodge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is very handy to the city centre. Facilities are excellent as well. It was truly a great deal that we availed of from travelbug. Thank you so much for making our dunedin trip an enjoyable and memorable one. I would always check with travelbug everytime me and my wife go for a holiday and won't hesitate to recommend travelbug to our friends.
