Beautiful room in a lovely central hotel. Most comfortable and luxurious bed i have had in a hotel. Receptionist on our arrival was however a little offhand and made us wait while she diddled with stapling bits of paper together. But rest of staff were just great. Great location as could walk everywhere but not not noisy. Rooms spacious and well kept and had great sleep on the beds! We had a king with interconnection to second room with two queen beds for the kids and it worked really well. Staff were great and very helpful. Would stay again definately!

The rooms are well appointed and large. We were on the Harbour side 6th floor and had no problems at all with noise. The valet parking is reasonable at 11.50 per day but finding it is the trick. You need to park in the sidestreet (you will see their ramp goin down to the carpark) then take your keys to reception.The Hotel is very centrally located you can walk to most attractions. Would stay again and recommend to other.

Great location, helpful staff. Rooms clean, warm and comfortable, but didn't sleep very well due to noise on street and noisy fridge. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others though.
