We are coming up 5 years old still looking like new, the Bella Vista is proud to offer you a four star visitor experience.
You are guaranteed one of the warmest Otago welcomes when you check into the Bella Vista Mosgiel motel accommodation where you have the choice of 18 units, all fully serviced and with superior ensuite and kitchen facilities.
All our units are faceing north to catch the sun (when out) we have FREE internet to all units. The glass is all hush glass to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of off street parking. There is a BBQ area for all guests to use.
The quiet location of the Bella Vista Mosgiel Motel means you'll be able to enjoy reading your complimentary morning newspaper with no distractions and with its central location just twelve kilometres from Dunedin you are only minutes from the city's CBD. We are close to Mosgiel restaurants, supermarkets and shopping all within walking distance. Also close to the Dundin airport.

Beautifully clean, well presented studio apartment that offered more space than usual - well equipped with all one needs for a very comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
