Having refurbished part of our motel last year, the accommodation is modern, comfortable and makes the perfect ”home away from home” when you are in our lovely city.

Located in the heart of the city beside the Dunedin Botanical Gardens, a stone' throw from the Gardens shopping centre, a 10 minute walk to Logan Park sporting facilities, the prestigious University of Otago and the Dunedin Public Hospital. The CBD and shopping centre is a 25 minute walk away

We are a family friendly motel and have toy and book boxes for the young ones to use during their stay; we also have a free in house DVD Library on site with over 50 DVD's.

All units have and tea/coffee making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave for self catering. Sky TV, direct dial telephones, electric blankets on beds, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and are serviced daily. Continental breakfasts are available. We have several guest laundries.

To complement our accommodation we also have a fleet of modern rental cars located on site, ranging from small and medium sedans to station wagons, mini buses and people movers.
