Fantastic, the service was great. The joining rooms were more than ample. We were in the lakeside wing. Very comfortable and great value. We had one one child with us and there was no charge for breakfast. We would stay again. .

Great hotel and service provided was excellent.we stayed 4 nights in the upgraded forest wing which we booked via the secret sale..what a score would highly recommend the heritage. You do need a car or good walking feet as it is out of the town.

The service was good, however, there are not enough car park plus for a 4.5 star hotel should have a new tv. .

Bedding is comfortable..but, always run out of parking space n needed to park across the road where it was very dark with no light..still using old kind of tv, not expected for 4.5 star hotel..

We stayed two nights at the heritage in the forest wing, throrougly enjoyed our stay & will stay there again in the future. Pool spa & sauna is good. Room & bed comfortable. .
