Great hotel and service provided was excellent.we stayed 4 nights in the upgraded forest wing which we booked via the secret sale..what a score would highly recommend the heritage. You do need a car or good walking feet as it is out of the town.

The service was good, however, there are not enough car park plus for a 4.5 star hotel should have a new tv. .

Bedding is comfortable..but, always run out of parking space n needed to park across the road where it was very dark with no light..still using old kind of tv, not expected for 4.5 star hotel..

We stayed two nights at the heritage in the forest wing, throrougly enjoyed our stay & will stay there again in the future. Pool spa & sauna is good. Room & bed comfortable. .

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was great with a king bed and very discern size bedroom. I love the pool, sauna and the spa. We had a rental car so going to the town centre was not an issue (otherwise a pleasant 15m max leisure walk along the lake front). Love queenstown and love the top class heeritage.
