We enjoyed our stay but felt a bit pressured to upgrade our room.. We did upgrade but i feel we would have been just as well off in our original booked room. Bathroom very old and tatty..carpet dirty..needed a good lux..furniture very tatty as well..beautiful views.. Great bar.. Fabulous staff...

Great amenities, hot tub, sauna, fitness room. Great lake views from (certain) rooms, bar and dining room. Ample buffet breakfast. Short bus trip or scenic walk in to central. Would stay again. .

Great stay hotel staff were wonderful , views exceptional, such value for money, the breakfast a must for anyone, such good value, beds really comfortable, i would have no trouble in re booking, a great comfortable place to stay. Mel barnes 28th march 2013 .
