I stayed at heritage hotel 1 night before checked in to novotel hotel queens town. I found staffs here more friendly and willing to help whatever you ask for. We left our souvenirs behind and contact the hotel as soon as we get back .we are impressed that they have kept them and offer to post them back to australia, hopefully will get the m soon. Location is very good, located near a lovely big garden and just a few minutes walk to town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.we traveled with a toddler and the beds are big enough and comfortable. .

Excellent location close to town, and beach front, excellent breakfast, nice friendly staff, rooms nice,although they are starting to show a bit of age,overall good value for the price and we would stay again without hesitation.

Good location, walked everywhere. Room was a bit small for 2 people (had 2 double beds). View of the terrace below. No free wireless in rooms a big let down.

Niceish hotel. However, rooms weren't really cleaned to the standard i would expect. For example, there were hairs left in the bath and stuck to the wall of the shower. Also this is quite a noisy location as it is near a number of pubs and clubs. The rave reviews on trip adviser are misleading.

Dear Scott Thanks for your feedback - disappointing to hear that you had some issues during your stay with us. Generally we get very few comments about noise at nights except from the occasional inconsiderate passer by and rarely from other house guests but we do have rooms away from the street that could be quieter. If such issues are brought up with our Duty Manager we would normally work with our guests to find them a room to suit their requirements if at all possible. In regards to the standards of cleanliness the account you have given certain does not meet our standards and we apologise that this was the case - it is our aim to always present our rooms to the highest possible standards and I have used your comments to raise this with the housekeeping team. As mentioned the Hotel receives many very positive comments from many satisfied guests and we regret that we were not able to provide you with the same level of service. I will contact you in an attempt to deal with this in a positive way. Excellent. We did end up upgrading to the 4th floor for an extra $40 which was well worth it. Heat pump, bath and sweet views.we were also allowed an early check-in at no charge. No free wireless in the rooms though with was the only down point.
