Good location and views. Room was dissapointing, very tired needs work. Arrived back to the hotel after a day out at 5pm and house keeping hadnt been.

Great value for money, the staff are lovely and helpful, the views from our room awesome.size of our room was spacious although little tired . Great bus door to door service. . had a beautiful restaurant . Good value for the price.

Comfortable well appointed rooms although a little tired in places. Lovely outlook away from bustle of town with fantastic public bus service at the front desk - bonus! friendly polite service at a very busy time of the year.

It was good value for money as it is very close to the city though rooms may not be like 4 star or 5 star but nicely cleaned and resonablly priced during christmas.nice view of road and hills outside.the 4 square is just at 100 meters and other sight seeing trip sites are at walking distance.the owner is very honest and co-operating.he returned my phone charger which i left in hotel after checkout once i contacted him after checkout to check the room (if the charger is there).

My partner and i only stayed one night. Front desk operator was very helpful and friendly. View was amazing and room in general was well presented and very comfortable.did not use restaurant/bar facilities.

Didn't feel valued when checking in. Certainly did not appreciate the double bed that my wife and i shared was obviously being two singles put together as they were old, saggy mattresses leaving a large divide between us. As ones sleep is the most important part of a stay in a hotel i felt really let down.

Good stay. Amazing service from staff and views for breakfast were stunning. Beds a bit soft and room was just ok. Internet connection terrible! free breakfast was great.

Views from the restaurant/bar were beautiful but service at the bar left a lot to be desired. I would recommend that you count your float before opening the bar, not in the view of customers and don't expect your customers to wait for 10 minutes while you do so!.
