Two new luxurious and boutique ensuite guestrooms with private entrance, guest-only lounge, dining and indoor/outdoor living.
Decor is simple yet stylish, lounge opens onto courtyard and garden.

With Redwood Forest on your doorstep, city and lakes 5 minutes away and many of the attractions close by, it is only 3 km from the city centre and free of sulphur smell.
We live upstairs in a split level home in quiet cul-de-sac, enjoy our company or the privacy of your own space, we combine interaction with discretion.

The room was really a first class accommodation. Hostess Vivian was very friendly and knowledgeable about local activities. She steered us towards the hiking/walking geothermal park that we were interested in. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay 100%.

This is the second time I have stayed with Vivienne and Peter, ass family live close by. The breakfasts are huge, well presented and tasty (try the pancakes!), the bedroom and bathroom tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with own wooden deck onto a peaceful NZ indigenous garden, private, quiet and comfortable. The best for me is being able to walk into the wonderful Redwoods forest within a few minutes. Vivienne is a mine of information on the local sights and culture and a genuinely nice person. I will continue to stay here on future trips to Rotorua.

Everything was as it should be - comfortable, accessible and friendly. The location is away from the town centre area but, if anything, this added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Hi Lin & Dominique Thanks for your kind feedback. I hope you managed to see some big Humpback or Sperm Whale and Dolphins in Kaikoura. You must be having a great time in the rest of NZ and had confused me with a B&B in Kaikoura. I am in Rotorua, thanks anyway and I hope you can write us a nice review in the tripadvisor website as a lot of our guests use this website to book as well. Thanks for coming to stay with us, I really enjoyed speaking to you both especially about Malaysia. It was nice to have some Malaysians stay with us, felt like we were connected in some way. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort, space, quality of the breakfast and the knowledge, helpfulness and hospitality shown by the hostess. I had high expectations having read reviews on tripadvisor and these were exceeded during our stay. Members of our family who have previously stayed in a different B and B were equally impressed and have said that they will stay at the Redwoods again when they revisit Rotorua. A delightful 3 nights spent there.

It was a pleasure meeting your family, so gracious and easy to have. I hope to see Noel & Liz with their friends visiting Rotorua soon, Palmerston North is not that far from here. Did you all have a wonderful time at Waitomo Caves? Hope the weather was good for you, there has been lots of rain since you left. Today the sun is out and we are basking in sunshine.
