We have a variety of accommodation choices to offer you - from fully-equipped park motels, tourist flats, cabins, 50 bed lodge and powered camp sites for your tent, caravan or motor home. Whether you are after budget accommodation or all the comforts of home, we have it here. We also have a heated indoor pool with hot spa and 17 dinoaurs lurking around the camp.

We are two minutes walk away is Hannah's Bay recreational area. The reserve has a newly developed wildlife area and a safe playground. We are also close to one of Lake Rotorua's boat ramps, making all your fishing and other water sport activities as convenient as possible.

Male & Female shower blocks (refurbished 2007)
The female shower features a larger shower suitable for Mothers and Toddlers complete with babies bath and goose neck style shower head for convenience. There is no charge for showers.

Featuring coin operated washers, dryers with free use of irons and ironing boards.

All Seasons Holiday Park has a recycling station on site for all your plastic bottles, cans and other recyclables. By using recycling you are doing your bit to keep the Rotorua district clean and green.

In the past a small holiday programme has been provided over 10 days at Christmas for the children free of charge. We are looking to provide this programme again this year.
