Very central location and excellent value for money. Clean, good-sized room and friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast a bonus. Accommodation exceeded expectations for the very reasonable tariff paid. One small suggestion for improvement would be better lighting in the room. I stayed there on the 17 january.room wa very basic.neds a good makover.great locationg tho.tv remote was not there.no cutlery in the room either.needs some improvments but was ok for the money we paid.

Very nice motel and staff. Won't get a better deal with the complimentary breakfast which was refreshing. Central location. Will definitely come again.

Premier room - very basic accommodation. Clean room. Place could do with some improvements. It was okay for one night.

Very disappointing. I paid for so called PREMIUM ROOM, but the air con isn't working; the other room we booked was the STANDARD room, the fan was half-broken, the duvet cover is so dirty, it even has a blood mark on! overall, will never visit again.

Very basic accommodation, must only be a 3 star at the most. But, was suitable for a one night stay.

The room was ok and the service was what is best discribed as average. staff were friendly enough however having driven 5 hours from auckland after a taxing weekend we arrived at aprox 9 pm to find a "night club" in the foyer. In itself this was not an issue and we were advised we were "upgraded" as a result.... Upgraded to a room RIGHT ABOVE the noise at 11 pm having finally got sick of the bass we had to complain to be moved. no real appology was offered for this. While I am a 20 something person the club and nature of it was not of a concern to me had i driven in with 2 kids in tow wanting a quiet nights sleep i would have been sorely disappointed. .... This could have been avoided if someone had taken the time to call and advise what was happening. We could have then made an informed choice as to whether we wanted to stay or look for alternative accomodation. I would give this place a 5 our of 10
