the Hotel offers amazing views of the Pohutu Geyser and the bubbling mud pool, the views can be seen from the Geyser View Balcony Rooms and the Geyserview Restaurant.
The Hotel comprises 70 rooms from pool view Rooms, Geyser View Rooms, both these room types have a queen and single bed.
The Geyser view mini suites have a king bed and separate lounge with a stunning Geyser View.
The Family studio rooms have a queen and two single beds, a perfect family retreat.
During the day you can relax in our refreshing outdoor pool, or plunge into the indoor hot spout pools, workout in the Gym or chill in the Sauna.
The Restaurant is open for breakfast from 7am to 10am, and the restaurant caters for small to large groups with a european menu.
Business facilities include wireless internet, four conference rooms and business centre.

Hi, i was not very pleased with our room it was old and very out dated, there was blood on the wall not sure from what so that was from, mentioned this to the cleaner and nothing was done about it. Also this does not meet hotel standards should really be classed as a motel and there is no longer a restaurant which was never mentioned when i booked and even travelbug has no idea! overall disappointing stay for the price i paid i could have stayed at quality inn down the road which is really nice for the same price but i thought this one looked nice from the photos. . 1Rachael - Apr 28, 2013 Travelbug verified review

Nice view of the geyser, but thats about all. Very low standard. Could really do with a good clean throughout & even a small makeover. Like new bed covers. I didn't even want to sit on them, let alone sleep under them. I would only stay again if i knew this place had had a makeover, because i did enjoy the view of the geyser, but that is seriously the only redeeming feature of our stay. Quite disappointed. .

Great stay. Only cost $59 and was a million dollar view from our room looking over the steaming hot pools. Tidy and clean unit. Would stay again for sure. .

Hi, the motel was fine but they didn't have our booking so we had trouble checking in. This mean't our weekend didn't start off on a good foot. We came in during a change of shift so the first lady we dealt with was rude but the second lady was very helpful. Also while we were sorting out our booking a man came back several times asking for a room that was clean. Not a good look to new guests checking in. This Motel's standards definatley need to be re-looked at

This was one of the worst hotels that i have ever stayed in, the front desk service was not very friendly when we arrived and the room we stayed in was below standard as advertised, the carpert was stained, the hand soap despencer was empty and broken The tv had 4 channels and the set was to small for the room, should be upgraded. The breakfast that we had was the worst, the toast wasnt toasted at all glad wrap over the food and glasses we had no eating utensils. Will not stay there again.

The room with the view was absolutely perfect! It was the best site in Rotorua, it overlooked the Geyser and it was so beautiful. The staff were friendly and quite helpful, we have no faults with this hotel. Yes, so it is a little run down but for the price it is everything we'd expected, the breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, we had a great stay! Thanks, and would definitely use this hotel again!
