Nestled in an oasis of peace and tranquility.
Studio Motel has only 7 self-contained studios which are 2 family units, 3 spa units (studio unit with private bubble spa) and 2 standard studio units available.
All units are quiet, smokefree, general amenities and fine kitchen facility.
* General Amenities : Sky TV, telephone, alam clock, hairdryer, heater, electric blanket, coffee & tea, free Wi-Fi
* Kitchen facilities : fridge, microwave, breakfast-making facilities.
- stove top can be provided (but Some units have full cooking facilities)
- we also have seating in our garden area for BBQ's
All guests are able to use washing machine, drier, iron/ironing board, and on-site parking area.

Not central to all of Rotorua's attractions, 15mins walk to city focus pick up service from inter-city bus station (free) but airport ( $5.00/1p, $10 /2-3p, $15/4-7p)
