Hey! do you want space? no tiny Hotel room here! featuring 15 beautifully appointed and totally refurbished Apartments, Cedar Lodge motel has relaunched as 'Arista of Rotorua'. Our Units sleep from 1- 8 people and range from our 'One Bedroom Mezzanines' at 46 sqm up to Our Enormous Family rooms at 96sqm.
All units contain a brand new kitchen, refurbished bathroom. private Spa pool in an inclosed courtyard. Superking Beds, 32inch TV's, DVD players and free DVD hire. We also have Rotorua's premier Hotel Childrens Playground! Centrally located between all attractions and just 1 km from the City Centre.

Had wonderful stay at arista - very friendly and welcoming hosts, lovely clean, warm and homely motel unit and our grand-daughter just loved your most friendly dog and awesome play-ground. Will most definetly be back. Thankyou kris and pk.

We stayed for 2 nights. Host Mike was great to deal with. Rooms were very cleaned and so was bathroom. Spa was very large too. Vey handy location. When we visit Rotorua we will stay here again. Thanks Mike

I stayed there many times when it was Tudor Court, still a great place to stay, even if the mezzanine areas are a bit creaky!!

I would recommend this motel to others as the facilties were excellent and modern, and the owners were friendly and helpful. It offers good value for money.

Very good service, friendly staff. Liked the privacy of the spa bath/pool. Interior is slightly dated but was comfty and relaxing.
