Emerald Spa Motor Inn is one of Rotorua's finest motels offering, comfortable, upmarket luxury accommodation. - ideal for family holidays or executive travellers. Featuring modern furnishings and decor Emerald Spa offers a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Emerald Spa has 15 luxury studios (2 with disabled facilities), 8 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom suites all with big round spas, kitchens or kitchettes and hush glass on the windows and doors for your quiet comfort. Big round bubbly spas in every room. Air Condtioning. Wall mounted LCD televisions in every suite with two TV's in our one and two bedroom suites. 50 + Digital Sky Channels. WIFI Internet. Outdoor heating swimming pool. Cooked and Continental breakfasts available delivered to your suite. All suites are Non Smoking.

Very nice hostess, looked after us well as we were down for a bereavement so was not the happiest of times.

The room is great, the service is good. My family and I are pretty happy with our stay. The only problem is my special requirements I left on TravelBug site was not propagated to the owner.

Well maintained, wonderfully comfortable bed and very good amenities. At first a little bit of an issue with the sliding door from the studio room opening onto a common balcony but this did not turn out to be a problem.
