Very quiet location, just off Fenton Street.
RECEPTION CLOSES AT 9PM.
Each of our suites have designer decor and modern lighting fixtures with luxury kept as our main focus.
All our rooms excluding 2 rooms designed for wheelchair access, have large 7 jet spa baths, each are individually filled and controlled.
Each of our suites on the second floor have either a balcony that overlooks the rest of the New Castle Motor Lodge grounds or for those staying on the first floor will be delighted in your own private deck that extends out from the room.
We are conveniently situated near the southern end of Fenton St near Whakarewarewa and also the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute where you can discover more about the maori inhabitants of NZ, or view the amazing geysers or hear the plopping mud pools.
The Murray Linton Garden of Appreciation is in commemoration of Rotorua's Mayor 'Murray Linton' for his efforts and endeavours during his time as mayor.
These beautiful rose gardens contain a large variety of roses and they are located directly opposite New Castle Motor Lodge.

A very clean and tidy studio at good rate, kichen got everything we need. The only drawback is we can hear talks and sounds from next door, otherwise it would be excellent. Will stay again next time. .

Highly recommend this venue. We've stayed in lots of accommodation in rotorua and this lodge is the best value for money we've experienced so far. Large spa a must for us & best way to relax after a busy day. Spacious, clean, modern unit. Exceptional customer service provided. Thanks sue for accommodating our late check in, even though reception closed at 9pm. We'd definitely be happy to stay again. :).
