We offer 15 rooms with ensuite, sky TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We also offer 2 'dorm' style rooms that are kitted with bunk style beds (double beds on the bottom)and single beds.
If you are not a member or Affiliated member of CNZ - A $10.00 membership fee will be charged on Check-in.
Being a Club, we have a Bar and Restaurant, regular entertainment, wireless internet and courtesy vehicles that can get you around town as required. Come and stay in a friendly, secure place that is in the heart of Rotorua's CBD.

Great place for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights, one room for 2 adults, and one room for 2 a + 2 k. Very clean, staff super friendly, cheap pre-dinner drinks, excellent location. The room was clean but the noise from the bar (first night karaoke and next night a band) stopped us all from sleeping. The room was also really stuffy as there was no air-conditioning or ventilation. The window had to be closed from the road noise at night and the pedestal fan was noisy and just seemed to circulate the hot air. Unfortunately the combination of the above will not see us returning. .

Thank you for your comments on your stay with us, we can assure you that these will be addressed. All rooms are equipped with oscillating fans, and windows that both open and shut. The outside noise factor that has been referred to is one that has been addressed with local authorities, and at this point outside our jurisdiction.The need for entertainment is due to the festive season and is an expectation by our members, and guests alike, but not on a nightly basis. We are disappointed that you are not returning, but once again appreciate your input.

Great place and great location. Lovely meal. No problems there. However, there was a rugby league team staying the long weekend causing complete chaos outside the rooms at night and early morning. So noisy that we had to book out and find alternative accommodation the following night. Sure, we would stay again but on the condition that no sports team was staying at the same time.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, extremely handy to everything and great being able to go down to the club for a drink and just go back up the stairs to go to bed. Will definitely stay there next time we are in rotorua.

Excellent value for money. Probably the best value in Rotorua! Lovely rooms, so well renovated. We felt like we could have been in a flash hotel.

The room was clean and well presented but the noise level from downstairs on all three nights we stayed was unacceptable also the lack of ventilation in the room made it too hot.

We apologies that you found the noise level too intrusive, but over the extended weekend the club facilities were being utilized for private functions, should this problem have been brought to our attention earlier we would have tried to accommodate you in another area of our facility. Regarding the lack of ventilation, all rooms have windows that can safely be opened and left open, and all rooms are equipped with oscillating fans. The comment made regarding the noise factor has been dealt with. We pride ourselves on offering first class accommodation at an affordable rate, and we value your feedback.
