4 Bedroom Self Contained Chalet located on a 10 acre lifestyle block, 3km's from Ohakune township. Set up to sleep 12 people.
2 x Bedrooms have Queen Beds
1 x Bedroom has 2 sets of bunks
1 x Bedroom has Double Bunk bed(single top, Double Bottom), and single bed.
All beds are made up with electric blankets, sheets, duvets, extra blankets, and towels are provided.
The chalet is fully self contained, plenty of dring area and outside play area and equipment.

Great accommodation - hosts were friendly and super helpful. The cottage is warm and spacious and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach taken by the host family. Not many places that you can comfortably stay with multiple friends and their pets. Very disappointed. False advertising on Trademe drew our family to make a booking. When the false advertising was confronted upon arrival and booking cancelled, owner was unapologetic and left our family in a very difficult position needing immediate accommodation for a large family. After several contacts, owner showed no concern over false advertising.

Unfortunately I believe this gentleman had an underlying reason for wanting to cancel his booking, he arrived spent 2 to 3 minutes at the property, and then contacted me by email saying that there was false adverising and the property had an unfriendly appearance, with a broken tramp. The rate he was paying was $71 per night for 9 people, and I am not really sure what he was expecting, for that amount, but he was definitely getting a lot more than what he paid for, if only he had stayed to appreciate it. The only communication I have had with this gentleman was via numerous emails where he wasnt very specific with what the problem with the property actually was, and demanded a refund, which I declined. I told him to please come back have a good look around so he could appreciate what we have to offer. We have had over 400 different groups or families come stay with us during the last 6 years, and everyone has had a wonderful time. I suppose eventually there is one.

Excellent stay and would like to visit again. Owners are lovely friendly people , customer service was excellent .Highly recommended to all the travellers. It is a very tidy place much more than as per description. Thanks... stay was very comfortable.

Unfortunately we didnt get to stay in the chalet due to cyclone damage, but the owners made alternative bookings for us which were just as great. Thanks for the service!
