  • It was amazing and i certainly will be returning. Some well equipped and fresh flowers in the vases on our arrival was a great touch. We also had nice touches like soap and shampoo on our towels. I would recommend anyone to go to mill house. Thank you for a great stay. . 5

  • We loved our stay at mill house. Our boys loved having the farm animals just outside their bedroom window. Feeding the goats was an all time highlight each evening. Someone put a lot of time and love in the gardens. Almost made me feel i was in my koro and nans garden. The house is so warm and welcoming. It has everything! we will definately be back soon. We so recommend this home to everyone. . 5

  • We found Mill House to be exactly as the write up says. We enjoyed our time there and will certainly recommend it as a safe and peaceful place to stay. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with roses, dahlias flowering trees and more. The well kept grounds gardens invite you to spend time in them admiring their beauty and relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in your hand. We loved the assortment of books, something for everyone to read & that kept our group of 4 entertained late into the evening. It was our first visit to the mountains so staying close to them was a bonus. Loved the enchantment of the glow worm tunnel and cooling my feet in the Whakapapa River at the end of a very hot day. The locals were friendly and helpful. My husband would like us to return with our grandchildren one day and explore more of the area. We left encouraged and satisfied that choosing Mill house had been the right decision for us. 5
