The Oystercatcher's Cottage is Bluff's most comfortable, practical and unique place to stay. A funky self contained cottage set in a native garden in a peaceful street one block back from the main rd. It's just a 2 min walk to the shops, beach & Stewart Island Ferry Terminal.
The cottage has 2 single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other, extra mattress available too.
There's real coffee, fluffy towels, a good shower, gas cooking and a log fire, heatpump and feather duvets to keep you cosy. Dogs and children are most welcome.
There is offstreet parking for motorbikes and you can leave your car outside our house or The Cottage if you are going to Stewart Island.
Airport transfers also available.
Bluff is a 20 minute drive from Invercargill.

Cute we kiwi crib. Nice and warm with the fire lite, and heaps of unique character. Very friendly owners, who even managed to reunite us with our toilet bag, when we accidently left it behind. Would recommend the whole experience of staying there to others

Was very inpressed with the cottage, well suited what we needed with our two wee girls, very warm and cosy and the owners very friendly and helpful. would stay there again.

It was cosy except we ended up arriving a bit later than planned and it was quite a cold evening - so it took us a while to warm up - other than that quite cosy once we lit the fire. Also discovered we could have ordered breakfast but we were never asked. It had everything we needed right down to nice relaxing music
