Setting the standard in modern, convenient, affordable central city accommodation, the LivingSpace Invercargill building dates back to 1907 when it was owned and operated by J E Watson, a local merchant.
Located right on our doorstep is Tay, Dee & Esk Streets offering cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, movie theatres, clubs and shopping arcades. Also an easy 5 minute drive from Invercargill airport and Queens Park which is the main departure/arrival point for buses in and out of the city.
If you are looking for a great location, a great experience and great service then LivingSpace Invercargill is the place to stay.

Good but quest invercargill is better, for very a very similar price. Just a few little things, more tv channels, better internet, bigger, better appointed rooms. Having stayed at both, i recomend quest as the better of the two.

Very adequately set-up (though rather cramped) room, with a nice clean modern kitchenette and bathroom. Quiet and very cheap, friendly staff, excellent location, all you could want really. Car parking apparently had to be on the metered parks on the street though.

Place was as I had expected, although I was alittle anoyed that on the side of the building they were advertising to stay there for $79 per night when I paid $89 through Travel Bug.

Thank you for your feedback. The sign on the side of our building says 'from $79' so naturally these rooms sell very quickly. The travel bug rooms for $89.00 are better situated throughout the building and we upgrade these rooms to larger bed sizes when available. LivingSpace also offers as free night to visitors who use us regularly with every 8th stay FOC

Ideal place to stay. Very affordable with great facilities, warm, clean, and plenty of space for our luggage. We stayed on a Monday so didnt hear any street noise at all, had a great nights sleep.
