Our location is very close to city centre, information centre, workingmens club, restaurants and supermarkets. (ten minute walk at the most for the slower walker) Quiet street and off street parking.
Our self contained flats, four of, have parking outside door, ground level and suitable for 2-3 people. One large studio and three one bedroom units priced for the traveller on a budget or who just wants clean, comfy accommodation with a kitchen and bathroom and without all the bells and whistles. Free wireless access.
Our inside radiator heated ensuite rooms have t.v. coffee/tea making and of course own bathroom facility. A light breakfast of toast and spreads/cereal is included in the ensuite room price. If you require something more substantial like a hearty cooked breakfast just let us know at time of check in, cooked brekky extra. Good local knowledge of Stewart Island and also lots of local one day walks. Pets welcome and more suited to the self contained flats accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay, the hospitality was amazing and the unit was very clean and fresh smelling. It would have helped to have had a security light outside the unit and self help laundry as we stayed 5days. Apart from the 2 suggestions it was a convenient and clean place to stay close to the City. Nancy Rutledge.

Very, very friendly and helpful. Nice and close to central city. Comfortable and warm. Only downside was wew were rented a room with a known leaky toilet.
