Here at Ariki Backpackers we offer you comfortable & inviting accommodation at budget rates! We are an easy 2 minute walk from the bus station and the only centrally located 4 Star Qualmark Assured Backpackers within New Plymouth.
Puke Ariki Information Centre, Museum and Library are all within an easy 2-3 minute walk. Other sort after attractions within walking distance include the Coastal Walkway, Fitzroy Surf, Pukekura Park, Bowl Of Brooklands, Brooklands Zoo, Seal Colony excursions, T.S.B Stadium, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes as well as many specialty shops including the City Centre Complex. After a day out, relax on our balcony with awesome views of the Tasman sea and Len Lye Wind Wand.
We offer a range of Dorm Rooms including girls only dorm,boys dorm and mixed dorm. All have full linen(duvet and towel included)Four dorm rooms have full ensuite. Our Doubles and Twin/Single rooms include TV and full linen(including duvet and towel). Our comfortable lounge has a 50" Freeview T.V. with D.V.D's available for guests. We have a fully equipped communal kitchen. CyberCom with Skype is available.
